American photo diary. Day 3:

Today was spent shopping on Rodeo Drive, and at the Grove. My feet are currently in agony as I had flats on. However, I invested in some amazingly comfortable and stylish Nike sneakers. Along with a few other things, which you'll see...
One of our many adventures today included a random lady, (where we walked past a shop to ask how to get to Robertson Street), offered to drive us up to Melrose Place. She was a lovely lady, and a film maker, is was her husband! Cool huh?! Well I guess that's LA for you. We really appreciate this act of kindness, if you somehow ever stumble upon my blog! Anyway- enjoy my photos from today :)

American photo diary. Day 2:

Today we went to Universal Studio's, which was so big and amazing. Firstly we went on the studio tour and saw Wisteria Lane in Desperate Housewives, a clip from King Kong, set of the Grinch, and the old sound stages where they filmed the movies + a lot more. Then we went on the Jurassic Park ride, The Mummy, Transformers 3D, Shrek 4D and The Simpsons. We saw Water World and Animal Actors which were good.

American photo diary. Day 1:

To begin this long journey from Sydney, Australia to Los Angeles, US I had to wake up at 6:50am, for a 1pm flight. A long 14 hour flight, with about 2 hours of off and on sleep. For those of you who have experienced trying to sleep in an air plane- you understand my pain!
However, the dreaded flight is definitely worth it when you see that LAX sign outside!
My family and I  pushed through the no sleep, agitated state of mind and went to the Warner Brother's Studio today! Which was so good!
